Realtor and Affiliate of the Year
2007 President, Carol Shields, announced at the December
12 meeting: “This year we have chosen to focus on one
affiliate member award and one Realtor member award.
This isn’t an easy decision with so many incredible people
on the team. The two individuals chosen to receive these
awards quietly picked up the gauntlet when it was handed to
them.
They each made a point of learning and understanding the
structure and guidelines of the Chapter as set forth by
National WCR – and have worked within those guidelines to
create solutions for whatever was facing the Chapter.
Both of these individuals are the type of people who
inherently LIVE in accountability. Each one can be counted
on to do what they say they will do, are team workers, and
lots of fun to be around.
They both have left the Chapter in better shape than they
found it when they decided to step forward. Finally, and very
importantly, they ask ‘what is best for the Chapter’, not, ‘what
is best for me’. I know everyone agrees they deserve to be
honored –
